The name Jiblë-sêpíêto Dêtîkè is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Jiblë-sêpíêto Dêtîkè was founded by Nåhil̄ Shesêbm, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Jiblë-sêpíêto Dêtîkè was founded durring the late 13th century in winter of the year 1191, by Nåhil̄ Shesêbm. The establishment of Jiblë-sêpíêto Dêtîkè was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Jiblë-sêpíêto Dêtîkè's construction back out of the project. Nåhil̄ Shesêbm pushed on reguardles, and Jiblë-sêpíêto Dêtîkè was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Jiblë-sêpíêto Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Jiblë-sêpíêto Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Jiblë-sêpíêto Dêtîkè is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of broad paverstone streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. Jiblë-sêpíêto Dêtîkè's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used makes use of a large oblong hall or building with double colonnades and a semicircular apse and symmetrical central-plan, resulting in buildings with a square central mass and four arms of equal length. Decorative features included domed rooves, arches, soaring spaces, and sumptuous decoration: marble columns and inlay, mosaics on the vaults, inlaid-stone pavements, and sometimes gold coffered ceilings.
